Payments

Accepted methods, deposits, progress payments, due dates, material purchases, taxes, processing fees, and cancellation terms will be stated on the estimate, contract, or invoice. Never send payment solely because of an unexpected email; verify changed instructions by calling the published phone number.

Changes and site conditions

Hidden damage, unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas, code issues, or customer-requested changes may require a written change order, revised price, rescheduling, or referral.
